About the institution
Royal Holloway’s campus is set in 135 acres of parkland in Egham, Surrey, approximately 40 minutes away from central London. The majority of first year students live on campus. At the centre of the campus is the iconic Founder’s Building. Inspired by the Château Chambord in the Loire Valley, the Founder’s Building is a Victorian, Grade I listed building containing a picture gallery and gilded chapel. Royal Holloway has been included in The Telegraph’s list of most beautiful universities in the world.
