About the institution

Queen Mary, University of London is a member of the Russell Group and is particularly high ranking for medicine and dentistry in UK league tables. It is one of the largest University of London colleges with five campuses across the city including in Mile End, Whitechapel, Charterhouse Square, Lincoln’s Inn Fields and West Smithfield. Mile End is the main campus where many students live. The skeleton of Joseph Merrick, the Elephant Man, is housed in the school of medicine and dentistry’s pathology museum.
