"The whole place is really compact."
"The university is very central and that makes getting to town very convenient. The campus has a simple layout, which makes finding places easy. The facilities vary a lot depending on the course that you're taking. I know from experience that business and law have very modern facilities. There are plenty of shops and places to eat during the day. I personally enjoy the snooker clubs nearby."
"The campus is amazing. It's central, modern, clean and extremely safe for students. The library is constantly being improved and has so many spaces suited to different types of learning. It's well stocked with books and the 'request a book' feature is so helpful, especially at dissertation time. The student accommodation is good as there is a large amount to suit individual budgets and needs. There isn't much that you can't find to do during the day in Newcastle as it's a huge city with many activities. There are art galleries such as the Baltic arts centre, great shopping centres such as the Metrocentre and Eldon Square. There are roller discos, lots of concert venues, clubs, pubs, parks, walks and the beautiful Jesmond Dene with its waterfalls, café and farm."
"Everything's so central."

"I love the location right in the town centre. Accommodation and study facilities are all located close to campus."
"Northumbria's city campus is located a couple of minutes' walk from town. The campus has all the facilities that you could require and the student accommodation is within walking distance of the uni."
"It's in the centre of town so everything's easily accessible."
"My campus is high-end, as are the sports facilities. The SU and library, while not bad, could do with a face lift."
"The location is brilliant, especially considering most student accommodation is close by. It's also close to the city centre."
"The location is central and excellent for going into town. There's a lot of accommodation to suit everyone's needs and a 24/7 library, which not all universities have."
"It's a good location and has great facilities in terms of computers and other technology. Student halls vary dramatically, however."
"It's in the heart of the city but still feels like a campus. Student accommodation is fantastic and so are the sports facilities, the SU and the library."
"There are excellent learning facilities to suit my needs. The location is a bit out of the way but manageable when using the free bus service. There's plenty of student accommodation."
"My accommodation is less than a 10 minute walk away from the campus with new and up to date facilities. City campus is close to town with unlimited shops available."
