Location of university

Please comment on the location of your university (city, town, etc), the campus, the facilities, and student accommodation.

2016

"Great facilities but not enough for the number of students."
"The location in London is fabulous because you're near everything, whether you're looking for food, shops, or whatever else you're into. The campus is small, meaning that everything is really close and convenient. Facilities for extracurricular activities are quite low in supply and high in demand but the Saw Swee Hock student union building is a nice, chilled out place to hang out during the day and food prices aren't too bad."
"The location of the campus is fairly central, albeit a little smaller compared to other City campuses, but it suits me fine. Student accommodation is scattered all across London with peculiar distances due to its proximity to other schools instead."
"London is a very busy city so life is very fast-paced. There are hardly any green spaces or scenery around. Buildings are all fairly close to each other. Student halls are near and more affordable than private housing."
"It's situated in central London and, although my accommodation is situated 30 mins away by walking, I do enjoy walking to uni."
"The campus is great and lively during term time with many third-party companies setting up stalls almost every day on campus to promote their student benefits and internships that they offer, which is a great way to find out more about a company you may want to apply to. The facilities are great, the library in particular. The library is an amazing place to work and is open to all students who are studying in a university as part of the University of London group. There are a HUGE number of books available to borrow and it most definitely rivals most libraries in London in terms of book capacity."
"Great facilities and student union. Student accommodation is modern and relatively cheap. Central London is a great student city, though expensive."
"Right at the heart of London, it's the best-placed university in London for sure!"
"Great location and good accommodation that would be better if we had more facilities for extracurricular activities and study spaces."
"The location is great. The library gets crowded sometimes but student accommodation is well maintained."
