How would you rate your university towns night life?
5.7 / 10
(based on ratings in 2016)
"There are some good student pubs but very few good clubs. Drinks are cheap on student nights but there are only a few good options so it can get boring very quickly. We only have one big club. Riley's Sports Bar is good fun if you fancy playing pool or table tennis and it has decently priced drinks. However, it's not close to the centre."
"There are a lot of pubs and clubs within walking distance and a lot of variety."
"There are only three main clubs so there could be more options with bars etc."
"The nightlife in Coventry is almost non-existent. There are only a few pubs, bars and clubs."
"We have a few nightclubs and a few good pubs."
"We don't have a great nightlife but Birmingham is only a 20-minute train journey away."
"There are a few bars and two clubs. I think it needs more."
"There are shops and pubs but you can get a train to Birmingham for more."
"Plenty of pubs and clubs as well as social cafes."
"Being in a city, there is lots to do. There's the cinema and pubs as well as bars and nightclubs depending on your style."
"Not much in Coventry. It's just a small town but it does have shopping centres and restaurants."
"Coliseum, JJs and Empire are the main attractions in Coventry. There are other places like pubs to enjoy drinks and meet up with people."
"There are a couple of clubs. At the end of the day, it's more about the people than the venue."
"There are a few decent sized venues but none are particularly outstanding. Kasbah and JJ's are the two main venues but have no direct links to the university."
