About the institution
Birmingham City University (BCU) has three main campuses. There’s one in the city centre, one in the north of the city, where its education and teacher training facilities are based, and one in Edgbaston, to the south of the city centre and home to its health and social care courses. One of the university’s main focuses is creative degrees. Its facilities include specialist conservatoires for music and acting and Europe’s largest jewellery school. It also hosts ‘Inspired’, an annual festival of arts, culture and creativity.
