Much more than a law firm.
If you're looking for a predictable and traditional career then please stop reading now. At RPC you'll get a whole lot more.
With us, you'll be given real freedom, real responsibility and real opportunities to develop, as soon as you are ready to grasp them. But you won’t just have hands-on experience… you’ll get hands-on, high quality mentoring, too. We balance autonomy, support and challenge to grow. And we provide just the right environment to foster learning, confidence building and the acquisition of skills.
We put a real focus on high performance and excellent client service, for our internal clients as much as our external clients. And we've got the badge to prove it, gaining Best Legal Adviser status eight years in a row, including coming first out of all law firms in both 2015 and 2013.
Unlike many professional firms, we don't have a rigid hierarchy. We were one of the first law firms in the UK to pioneer open working right across the board – up to, and including, our Managing Partner. It fits with our culture of inclusiveness and approachability. It helps keep us grounded. And it helps with your learning, too.
Life at RPC is exciting, invigorating and rewarding. Getting together to relax and to have fun (while remaining very serious indeed about our work) has always been an important part of life in our law firm. But prepare to be challenged, too.
We want to empower you. We’d like to give you room to shine and the freedom to express yourself. We believe that contented, rounded individuals make brilliant lawyers and that brilliant lawyers create great law firms that satisfy their clients.
We are regularly recognised as amongst the best law firms for the quality of the training we provide for our junior lawyers.
