Our programme will give you the practical experience, technical learning and professional development so that you can be part of the some of the most exciting future construction and infrastructure projects globally.

Diverse on-the-job experience will be complemented by an engaging series of learning modules, helping you to build the right blend of personal and professional skills. You will be mentored by experienced leaders, and enjoy strong support from line managers and a large peer group network. We will work closely with you to develop clear career goals and expand your skills.

On completion, you will continue to benefit from ongoing support from our development team and a network of business contacts, as you move into a permanent role within the business.

The world of Construction Management

A Construction Manager works on site to make sure everything runs smoothly. This is a really important job, as it involves working on every aspect of the project. Checking plans and designs, making sure the project progresses as planned, ensuring the highest level of safety and welfare, managing people as well as working with contractors. We are key to making sure a project is delivered safely, on time, to budget and to the highest standard.

Is this you?

Managing construction projects requires a combination of different skills. Of course, you need to be interested in engineering and building structures. That is really important. But to do a job like this also requires an ability to manage others and work well in a team.

What to study?
