Foundation – Smart Futures

Smart Futures is a programme designed to give talented Year 12 students in England and 5th Year students in Scotland a better chance of securing a good job – opening up employment opportunities that have been traditionally harder to access. Over a 10-month period, young people get the opportunity to boost their employability skills, make connections with local employers and gain valuable work experience. 

Length of the programme: The EY Foundation’s Smart Futures is a career-boosting ten month programme that starts with three weeks paid work experience during the summer followed by 9 months of contact with an EY mentor.

To be eligible for the EY Foundation – Smart Futures you should be studying A levels, Scottish Highers, or equivalent.
