As a Human Resources Higher Apprentice your will be responsible for all things ’people’ related; supporting employees throughout their time with the business with anything from changing the way people work, to helping them through difficult personal or professional issues, to working with managers in the business to tackle complex business challenges.
What Does The Apprenticeship Involve?
A career in HR offers lots of variety and challenges along with lots of enjoyment. If successful you will be offered a structured development programme consisting of both on the job learning and professional training.
Our HR Higher Apprentices will gain experience in all areas of HR (Managing Employee Cases/ Learning and Development/ Business Partnering/ Communications/ Reward and Employee Relations).
You will also have the opportunity to achieve qualifications which support your on the job training, as well as allowing you to further your career to go onto CIPD Chartership.
What Qualification Will You Get?
Commencing CIPD Level 3, progressing on to HR Consultant/Partner Higher Apprenticeship Level 5

- 5 GCSEs grade A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) including Maths and English AND a minimum of 240/96 UCAS points, or equivalent (excluding UCAS points gained at AS level)
